All projects are different and the timeline largely depends on a project's size and scope. We complete most projects within a day, though some can be completed in just a few hours.

Concrete issues may be caused by various underlying issues, two of the most popular being ground settling and water erosion. It's also common for growing tree roots to cause concrete issues or for problems to extend from Michigan's freeze-thaw cycle during the cold-weather months.

Price is dependent on the size and scope of the project. However, concrete leveling is about 1/3 of the price of replacement. To help you manage costs on larger projects, we offer financing options for projects over $500.

In most cases, you don't need to do anything. We'll handle all the prep and concrete leveling doesn't require a permit. We might just ask that you remove any furniture, valuables or vehicles from the area we'll be servicing.

The injection holes are drilled with a 1-inch (diameter) drill bit. We'll usually drill multiple holes in each slab to ensure successful leveling. Following the project, we patch and seal all holes.

In some cases, yes. If the cracks are large and go through the entire slab, leveling is typically a viable solution. If cracking is too extensive, replacement is often the better option.

We may use several materials and/or techniques, including limestone, polyurethane foam and deep foam. Visit the respective pages on our website to learn more about these materials.

Concrete leveling is a long-term solution that's designed to be permanent.

All leveling projects come with a two-year warranty.

We're fully licensed and insured and include this information on all of our estimates.

Unfortunately, no. Leveling cannot be performed in the cold weather months when the ground is frozen. While leveling work is highly dependent on the weather, we can generally perform this service from March through December.
